Sea Turtles are truly super swimmers. They swim up to 1,300 miles (2,094) during their migration each year, which is farther than most people travel on vacation. As swift as they are in the water though, they can’t out swim pollution. SeaWorld has rescued over 1,300 of these rare reptiles. Most rescued turtles are hurt by things that are easily preventable, like entanglement in super strong fishing line or accidentally eating plastic bags that look like jellyfish. Turn the tide on pollution and help save endangered sea turtles. Recycle your fishing line and plastic bags or, better yet, buy reusable bags and bottles.
